The group has the resources and expertise to handle the most complex arbitrations and ADR transactions.
Our practice group acts for many clients from different business sectors other than construction, real estate, public concessions, telecommunications and financial institutions. We have in-depth expertise in representing clients in arbitrations to prosecute or defend applications for temporary measures in support of arbitration, such as sanctions, attachments and orders preserving evidence under many different arbitral rules such as International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. We also act as counsel in connection with arbitration cases conducted under the rules of the Beirut Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Our lawyers are familiar with the entire range of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms, including neutral evaluation, appraisal arbitration, mediation, dispute review boards, adjudication, conciliation, and others. The breadth of our ADR experience enables us to advise clients when or whether the use of arbitration or other processes of ADR are more appropriate than litigation or trial.
