

Dolly Morched Choucair
Dolly Choucair leads the Aviation Practice Group of Alem & Associates.
Her expertise includes sales and purchases of aircraft for local and Middle Eastern and international clients, drafts a wide range of agreements related to aviation law and gets involved in aircraft acquisition and leasing, management of aircrafts, taxation issues related to any airport operation in connection with activities through Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport or any other airport.
She conducts registration of aircrafts in Lebanon and abroad, deals with safety regulatory issues and air carriers' liabilities and drafts relevant agreements related to the aviation business including dry lease, wet lease, aircraft sale agreements, aircraft charter and management agreements. Dolly's aviation experience includes aircraft finance and has also worked on aircraft litigation.
Dolly Choucair holds a LL.B degree in Law from Saint Joseph University, a DEA in comparative Law from La Sagesse University, and an Executive MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, North Carolina, USA.
She joined the Beirut Bar in 2001 and was registered as a Lawyer on 16-09-2005.
She speaks English, French and Arabic.
