Eddy Elias El-Maghariki
Mr. El-Maghariki is a senior associate specializing in corporate, real estate, and labor matters with different emphasis in insurance, intellectual property and foreclosure law.
He provides advice to local and international groups in connection with the setting-up of new businesses, the restructuring of their activities, joint ventures or the sale or acquisition of companies.
He has represented clients involved in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including construction, development and investment. He extends his experience to foreclosure law. He has advised clients with respect to all types of insurance policies and all matters of claims, including commercial liability, all risk, property and labor matters.
He has particular experience of advising on employment matters arising from mergers and acquisitions, business restructurings and reorganizations, recruitment, dismissal, workman compensation and labor related litigation.
He has drafted agreements dealing with the use of intellectual property rights and focuses on the creation, licensing, and protection of foreign and domestic trade and service marks and copyrights for a variety of clients.
Mr. El-Maghariki holds a LL.B from the La Sagesse University, a DEA in Legal Information from La Sagesse University. He was called to the Beirut Bar in 2002.
He joined the Beirut Bar in 2002 and was registered as a Lawyer on 15-06-2006.
Mr. El-Maghariki speaks Arabic, English and French.
