Hachem Mohamed El Housseini

Hachem El Housseini is an Associate in the Aviation Practice group.

Hachem advises, conducts, negotiates and drafts a wide range of agreements on aircraft acquisition, sale, leasing and aircraft and charter management.

He also extends his experience to registration of aircrafts in Lebanon and abroad and to drafting wet and dry agreements in addition to the ground handling operations and airport management. His work includes aircraft financing, taxation and litigation.

Hachem holds a LLB in Law from the Lebanese University - Filière Francophone de Droit; an MBA from the Ecole Supérieure des Affaires (ESA) and a Masters in Management from the European School of Management (ESCP-EAP).

He joined the Beirut Bar in 2003 and was registered as a Lawyer on 17-08-2007.

He speaks Arabic, English and French.
