Ibrahim Khalil Soumrani
Ibrahim is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group.
Ibrahim has a substantial experience in drafting, structuring, negotiating and documenting mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other cross-border transactions. His work includes the establishment of new and offshore companies. Mr. Soumrany has also counseled clients in connection with banking and finance, real estate and foreign investment projects.
Ibrahim holds a LL.B from Saint Joseph University, and LL.M from Saint Joseph University in Banking and Financial Markets Law.
He joined the Beirut Bar in 2005 and was registered as a Lawyer on 16-04-2009.
He speaks Arabic, French and English.
