We advise clients on customs, rules of origin, export control, taxation, anti-dumping and countervailing duties and other issues of trade regulation around the world such as antitrust and competition laws, domestic warranty and limitation of liability provisions, environmental and product safety regulations, etc. Our clients include foreign governments, manufacturers, exporters, importers and end users.
