Karim Anis Khalaf
Karim Khalaf acts as the team leader of the Real Estate & Construction Practice Group.
Mr. Khalaf works with owners and developers from project conception to completion. He assists in determining the best project delivery system, writes and negotiates project agreements, construction, construction management, engineering, program management and development agreements and assists with resolving or avoiding construction-related disputes.
He has also advised both regional and international developers and construction companies in structuring and documenting major BOT projects and has an extensive experience in contract and claim management.
Karim holds a LL.B from the Saint Joseph University, a LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Law (awarded with distinction) from Queen Mary College, University of London.
He joined the Beirut Bar 2008.
Mr. Khalaf speaks Arabic, English and French.
