Leila Youssef Alem Hammoud

Leila Alem Hammoud is a Partner and heads the Employment and Social Security Practice Group.

She has particular experience of advising on employment and taxation issues arising from mergers and acquisitions, business restructurings and reorganizations, dismissal, workman compensation, social security structure and labor related litigation to clients across a wide range of sectors.

Leila is also engaged in advising and preparing complete sets of internal employment policies for companies established in Lebanon and in compliance with the Labor laws.

She undertook a participation in the Blue Flag interactive online guide for Employment and personnel share plans with Linklaters & Alliance.

Leila Alem Hammoud has graduated from the Lebanese University with both, LL.B and LL.M.

She joined the Beirut Bar in 1990 and was registered as a Lawyer on 23-09-1994.

Leila speaks Arabic, French and English.
