Michel Joseph Ghanem

Michel Ghanem is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group.

Mr. Ghanem is involved in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, corporate restructuring transactions and in the establishment of companies. He extends his expertise to dispute resolution where he represented local and international clients in commercial cases.

Michel holds a LL.B in economics and LLB in law from Saint Joseph University.

He joined the Beirut Bar in 2006.

Mr. Ghanem speaks Arabic, French and English.
