Mirna Walid Mallak

Mrs. Mallak is a senior associate in the Banking & Finance Practice Group.

Her practice covers a broad range of corporate, finance and investment matters and has represented a number of local and multinational corporations in a variety of corporate and finance transactions throughout the Middle East region.

Mirna has also advised clients on numerous conventional private equity investments, securities and private placement and has substantial experience in the development and implementation of Shariah compliant financing.

Ms. Mallak holds a LLB degree in Law from the Saint Joseph University (USJ) - Beirut; a LLM degree in International Banking and Financial Law from Paris II (ASSAS) - France; a MBA from ESCP-EAP - Paris and a LLB in Computer & Law from the Montpelier University - France.

She joined the Beirut Bar in 2003 and was registered as a Lawyer on 01-01-2007.

Ms. Mallak speaks Arabic, English, French and Italian.
