Nader Obeid

Nader Obeid is a Senior Partner at Alem & Associates and leads the Litigation, Intellectual Property & Technology Transfer Practice Groups.

He advises on Lebanese as well as on cross-border litigation issues, mainly in such fields as intellectual property, commercial and financial contracts, agency and distribution and real estate.

Nader works closely with our Arbitration and ADR Practice Group giving his valuable expertise and tactic experience acquired during several years of litigation and dispute resolution practice.

He also counsels inventors, trademark, tradename, copyright owners, authors, performers, and know-how developers on all legal issues related thereto, from the registration of such rights, to drafting agreements in respect thereto.

Nader is also involved in several transfers of technology agreements, handling negotiations and contractual aspects of transfer of technology into the Middle East.

Nader has also participated in several publications, among which:
