Nader Nizar Obeid

Nader Obeid is a Senior Partner at Alem & Associates and heads the Litigation Practice Group.

With around 20 years of experience, Mr. Obeid's practice encompasses on complex and multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation. His work covers general commercial disputes and includes disputes arising out of corporate transactions, agency and commercial representation, trademark and copyright, professional negligence, disciplinary and regulatory proceedings, claims in relation to agents, media disputes and other legal related disputes.

Nader works also closely with the Arbitration and ADR Practice Group giving his valuable expertise acquired during several years of litigating highly sophisticated cases, among which several cases establishing new jurisprudence.

He is a member of Beirut Bar Association, Licensing Executive Society (LES) - Arab Countries and is an associate member in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Nader holds a LL.B from the Lebanese University.

He joined the Beirut Bar in 1988 and was registered as a Lawyer on 14-08-1992.

Mr. Obeid speaks Arabic and English.
