Nadine Abdel Ghani Ghalayini

Nadine Ghalayini is a senior associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group.

Her practice encompasses corporate law and mergers and acquisitions and acts for a range of corporate clients on a variety of issues, including corporate structuring and tax arrangements.

She was awarded a certificate for participation in a comprehensive and customized program for executive MBA and LLM at University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and Penn Law.

Nadine holds a L.L.B in Lebanese and General Comparative Law from Beirut Arab University, Lebanon, awarded in 2002.

She joined the Beirut Bar in 2003 and was registered as a Lawyer on 05-03-2009.

Ms. Ghalayini speaks Arabic and English.
