Rola Tabsh leads the Corporate Practice Group at Alem & Associates.
Rola advises local, regional and international clients on identifying the best legal structure for companies and group of companies. In this respect, Rola works closely with our Mergers and Acquisitions, Tax, Employment & Social Security Practice Groups, bringing her expertise on corporate structuring.
Rola has a broad experience on incorporating all types of companies and representative offices under Lebanese jurisdiction, as well as to advise the best choice for incorporation in foreigner jurisdictions in accordance to our client's needs.
She currently acts as the President of the Membership Committee to the Licensing Executive Society (LES) - Arab Countries.
She is also an active member of the "Association pour le Developpement du Droit et de L'informatique au Liban", the "Arab Society for Intellectual Property" and the "Institute of Family and Entrepreneurial Business".
Rola has advised the International Chamber of Commerce - Lebanon - on issues related to trademarks, domain names and corruption.
Rola has contributed to the publication General Encyclopedia of Lebanese Laws (25 Volumes - Halabi) 1994.
She is also engaged in the function of Quality Manager Assurance of Alem & Associates, managing all issues related to quality of service delivered, as per our internal policies.
She has a LL.B degree from the Lebanese University. Rola has also undergone
several special legal training courses, among others, "Governance in Lebanon and
Middle Eastern Family Business", "Legal Aspects of VAT" and "Corporate
Transparency".
