Wissam Mahmoud Bou Ghanem

Wissam Bou Ghanem is a senior associate in the Litigation Practice Group and extends his experience to corporate and real estate law.

He has successfully represented clients on many occasions in high profile and complex litigation in commercial and contractual dispute.

Wissam has considerable experience in commercial real estate and general commercial matters, rent review advice, lease renewal litigation and development related disputes. He also advises on real estate licenses, especially those related to foreigner ownership of property. Wissam's work spans the breadth of the corporate practice with particular emphasis on companies' incorporations, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures and listings.

Wissam has a LL.B degree from the Lebanese University.

He was called to the Beirut Bar in 1993.

Wissam speaks Arabic, English and French.
