Wissam Bou Ghanem

Wissam Bou Ghanem leads the Real Estate and Construction Law Practice Group at Alem & Associates.

Wissam counsels and represents owners, developers, international investors, investment funds, lender and underwriters in the acquisition, construction, development, ownership, operation, leasing, financing and securitization of virtually all types of real estate assets.

From real estate due diligence to strategizing, negotiating and implementing real estate projects, he has advised clients from several industry sectors on real estate issues, including hotels and resorts, residential and commercial complexes, shopping malls, hypermarkets, retail properties, industrial developments and others.

Wissam is also engaged in Real Estate Litigation cases and advises on real estate licenses, especially those related to foreigner ownership of property.

Wissam has a LL.B degree from the Lebanese University.
