Youssef Alem (1920 - 1983)

The late Youssef Alem has founded the Firm in 1953, after graduating with honors from Saint Joseph University in Beirut.

He advised on administrative related issues and provided strategic regulatory advice in connection with municipality and state owned enterprises.

He has acted for numerous state entities as well as for several multinationals entering and diversifying into Lebanon.

Youssef Alem was the seed that flourished Alem & Associate's main concepts and objectives, mainly, reliability, honesty, futuristic vision, and community awareness.

Youssef Alem is still recognized as a very important asset of Lebanon's law community.
